Anja Whitley

Director

I started my education in early childhood development back in 1994 in Frankfurt Germany. I graduated 5 years later with my degree as a State Educator in Early Childhood Development.

I have experience working with children ages 2 through 13 years old. My favorite age group to work with are pre-k children as well as school age children.I moved to California 8 years ago and started teaching at Christ Lutheran Preschool, after my youngest daughter graduated from CLP. I went back to college to add more ECE classes to my education and also added my Admin class which gave me the opportunity to start working as the Director here at Christ Lutheran. I am blessed to have found such a great group of families, children, and teachers that make it very fun and rewarding to come to work every day!

Rhonda Sparks

Pre-K Teacher

Hello! My name is Rhonda Sparks and I am very excited to be apart of the teaching team at Christ Lutheran Preschool as the Pre-K Teacher. I have been working in Early Childhood Education for 20 years. I have worked with all ages of development as well as various types of learning environments. My career choice led me down the rewarding path of teaching, modeling, and influencing the lives of young children. The past 6 years I have had the pleasure of working with Pre-K students. I strive daily through my teaching ethics to prepare children both developmentally and socially for their transition to Kindergarten.

Karina Morales

2-3 Year Old Teacher

Hi!! I am very excited to be apart of this team. I have been working in the early education field for 8 years . I have worked with children from infants to 6th grade, and I have also been part of an admin team. My favorite part of teaching is seeing the excitement in their face when they have conquered something new. Teaching is one of the greatest passions in my life. I love to go to Disney, any sporting events, and spending time with family and friends. I can't wait to be your child's teacher.

Kaylee Gozzo

2-3 Year Old & After-school Care Teacher

Hey! I'm very excited to be working here at Christ Lutheran. I graduated high school in 2021 & am currently attending college for my teaching credentials. I am currently coteaching with Ms. Karina & I am also the after-school care teacher. My favorite thing about my job is seeing each child's personality & building connections while helping them grow into their best versions of themselves. Somethings I love to do are hang out with friends & family, attending Disneyland & concerts, & watching movies. I look forward to being your child's teacher.

Cassandra Alonso

Preschool Teacher

Hello! I am happy to be joining the Christ Lutheran team. I have been teaching for 1 year. I am a child and adolescent major. I have experience working with children ages 2-4. My goal as a teacher is to make a difference in each of my students lives. On the weekends, I spend my time with family and friends.
